📈 STOCK UP
🔺 Filling Up Fast. Student season tickets for Penn State football are onto the juniors today—and if you think you can enjoy a nice, leisurely breakfast before logging on and grabbing your seats, well, think again.
Graduate students sold out in 27 minutes.
Seniors sold out in 18 minutes.
🔺 Lacrossed That Bridge. Head women's lacrosse coach Missy Doherty announced that Naomi Radio has been promoted from volunteer assistant coach to assistant coach and she’ll join the staff full time after acting as the volunteer assistant—specifically working with the goalies for a historic season last year.
During the 2023 campaign, goalkeeper Ashley Bowan made 130 saves throughout the season, including 19 in the Nittany Lions' game against John Hopkins which ranks her in the top-five nationally in saves in a single-game. She also produced a second half shutout against Ohio State in a 13-3 win.
🔺 Keeping Track. Penn State track & field received national All-Academic recognition by the USTFCCCA. Both the men's and women's programs received the team honor and 26 student-athletes from the Nittany Lion track & field team were awarded with individual accolades.
Penn State men's track & field (3.16 cumulative GPA) and women's track & field (3.4 cumulative GPA) were recognized by the USTFCCCA as All-Academic teams by achieving a cumulative team grade-point average above 3.0. The Nittany Lions compounded their success on the track during the 2023 campaign with significant achievement inside the classroom to earn team honors. In addition to both squads, 26 individuals, 14 women and 12 men, were named to the USTFCCCA's All-Academic team.
🤔 BLUE & WHITE TRIVIA

🦁 ONE BIG THING
“When your belief is strong and your purpose just, no obstacle can stand in your way.”
This past weekend, four of our student-athletes and Penn State’s Director of Development & Enrichment, Meighan Julbert, joined the Big Ten Big Life Series titled “Selma to Montgomery”.
The series is an initiative led by the Big Ten Equality Coalition which highlights the civil rights movement in Alabama—including community service projects, speeches from Mayor James Perkins Jr., Lynda Blackmon Lowery, and Warren Billy Young at First Baptist Church, where the Big Ten Conference was presented a Proclamation of Gratitude from the Selma City Council as well as a key to the city.
