🔺 Weekly Chat. Fresh off a win over Bowling Green to move to 2-0 and in the middle of Penn State football’s bye week, head coach James Franklin met with the media yesterday!

🔺 Best For Last. Penn State women’s golf shot a final round 9-over 293 on Tuesday, its best round of the week, to finish 16th at the Cougar Classic in Hanahan, S.C.

Jiratchaya Jiratthitinun led the way for the Nittany Lions in her first collegiate action, shooting 3-over to finish tied for 26th individually.

🔺 Field Flipped. Penn State’s Riley Thompson is the Ray Guy Award Punter of the Week!

Thompson punted four times for a 47 yard average against Bowling Green, downing a pair of those punts inside the 20-yard line.

Children should get an hour of moderately intense physical activity everyday.

🔺 Almost Time. The season is close when preseason accolades are released!

Penn State women’s hockey’s Katie DeSa, Lyndie Lobdell and Tessa Janecke have all been named to the Preseason All-AHA Team, and Janecke has been selected the Preseason Player of the Year!

And on top of the individual accolades, the Nittany Lions were picked to finish first in the conference!
