🔺 Back-To-Back. For the second week in a row, Penn State women’s volleyball’s Izzy Starck has been named the Big Ten Freshman of the Week!
Starck averaged 11.09 assists, 2.55 digs and 0.73 blocks per set in the Nittany Lions’ three wins last week.
🔺 Two In The Net. Penn State men’s soccer concluded its four-match homestand on Monday, falling 3-2 to Cornell.
Caden Grabfelder scored once for the Nittany Lions, who also benefited from an own-goal from Cornell.
🔺 In The Clubhouse. Penn State men’s golf is through its first weekend of play this fall, completing the Visit Knoxville Collegiate over the weekend at 43-over during the 54-hole event, finishing 15th as a team.
Jake Griffin led the way for the Nittany Lions, placing 40th at 5-over.
