🔺 Off And Running! No. 18 Penn State football routed Marshall in its season opener on Saturday, 45-0, at West Shore Home Field at Beaver Stadium in the first win of the Matt Campbell era!

Penn State totaled 464 yards of offense, including 271 passing yards from Rocco Becht. Koby Howard led the Nittany Lions in receiving yards with 161, while Carson Hansen led the rushing attack with 48 yards.

🔺 Take Us Out To The Ballgame! No. 13 Penn State women’s volleyball played inside the friendly confines of Wrigley Field in Chicago on Sunday evening, falling to No. 3 Kentucky in four sets in the first-ever volleyball match played at the historic baseball stadium.

The Nittany Lions play in Chicago again today, traveling to McGrath-Phillips Arena for a matchup against DePaul at 4 p.m.

🔺 Under The Lights! Penn State men’s soccer earned its second win of the season over the weekend, shutting out Yale, 1-0, at Jeffrey Field!

The underclassmen ruled the day, with sophomore Joe Buckley tallying his first collegiate points on a goal and freshmen Nehan Hasan dishing the assist, while rookie netminder Daniel Peluffo-Wiese notched a clean sheet.

🔺 Gimme Two! Penn State field hockey pushed its win streak to three games over the weekend, taking down both Villanova and Delaware at the Penn State Field Hockey Complex!

Natalie Freeman and Josephine Purdy each scored against Villanova, while Ella Gaitan scored twice against Delaware to provide the offense for the Nittany Lions.

🔺 Clean Sweep! Both Penn State men’s and women’s cross country picked up victories in their season openers at the Dolan Duals in Lock Haven, with each squad winning with just 15 points!

Claire Zubey won individually on the women’s side, with Isaac Oppermann winning for the men.
