🔺 Double Digits. No. 3 Penn State women’s volleyball won another pair of matches this past weekend, beating James Madison and Yale as part of the Penn State Classic to move to 10-1 on the season.

The Nittany Lions are now onto Big Ten play, where No. 6 Purdue awaits on Wednesday.

🔺 Glad To Help. Penn State field hockey’s Sophia Gladieux played the hero once again for the Nittany Lions, scoring twice in a 2-1 win in overtime against Bucknell on Sunday.

The goals were the 11th and 12th of the season for Gladieux, who leads the Big Ten in that category by a three-goal margin.

🔺 Win Column. Penn State men’s soccer scored two second-half goals against Michigan State on Friday to erase a 1-0 halftime deficit, winning 2-1 to earn its first Big Ten win of the season.

With the game tied late into the second half, it was freshman midfielder Malick Daouda scoring his first goal as a Nittany Lion that gave Penn State the win.

🔺 Top-10 Tilt. No. 9 Penn State women’s soccer battled against No. 5 Michigan State on Sunday afternoon, dropping the contest 1-0 thanks to a third-minute goal from the Spartans.

The Nittany Lions are now 8-2-1 on the season and 2-1-0 in Big Ten play.
