🔺 Lions > Cats. One goal was all that was needed on Thursday night for Penn State women’s soccer, and the Nittany Lions got it from Kaitlyn MacBean for a 1-0 win over Northwestern.

The win moves Penn State to 8-1-1 overall and 2-0 in Big Ten play head of a highly-anticipated matchup with Michigan State on Sunday.

🔺 Start A New Streak. No. 3 Penn State women’s volleyball is back home tonight after dropping its first match of the season Wednesday at No. 1 Pittsburgh, hosting the Penn State Classic against James Madison and Yale.

The Nittany Lions take on the Dukes today at 6 p.m. and the Bulldogs on Sunday at 2 p.m.

🏐 PREVIEW: No. 3 Women’s Volleyball Hosts JMU And Yale For Penn State Classic

🔺 Big Game Hunting. No. 20 Penn State field hockey is on the road this Sunday but close to home, traveling to Lewisburg to take on the Bucknell Bison at 1 p.m.

The Nittany Lions are coming off a momentum-building weekend, where they picked up a big 4-1 win over Kent State before winning by one goal against No. 15 Princeton.

Bucknell enters the weekend at 2-4 overall, and will play Boston University today before hosting Penn State.

🔺 Spartan Clash. Penn State men’s soccer is back at home today, hosting Michigan State at 7 p.m. at Jeffrey Field.

The Spartans are 2-3-2 on the season, but are off to a good start in Big Ten play, beating Washington 1-0 last weekend.
