🔺 On The Mat. Penn State wrestlers have hit the mat at the Olympics in Paris — tune in today to watch Aaron Brooks and Kyle Dake!
🔺 Tune In. The Big Ten Conference has announced its television schedule for women’s volleyball in 2024, and the Nittany Lions will play on national television at least 12 times!
🔺 One More For Gold. Team USA women’s volleyball took down Brazil with the help of Penn State alum Haleigh Washington on Thursday, and will play Italy on Sunday for a chance at a gold medal!
Washington registered two kills, two blocks and one ace against Brazil.
🔺 Two Fast Laps. Sophomore runner Handal Roban concluded his first trip to the Olympics on Thursday, running a pair of 1:46 marks in the 800m for St. Vincent & the Grenadines.
By qualifying for the Olympics, Roban became Penn State’s first-ever 800m Olympian.
🔺 Got The Call. Penn State women’s soccer goalkeeper Mackenzie Gress has earned a spot on the United States roster for the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup!

🔺 Only One. Only 22 more days until Penn State football is back on the field!
Nittany Lion John Cappelletti has his No. 22 retired at Penn State, and for good reason — Cappelletti won the Heisman Trophy in 1973 as part of an undefeated season for the Nittany Lions!
Cappelletti rushed for 1,522 yards and 17 touchdowns in 1973, and finished his Penn State career with 2,639 yards and 29 scores on the ground.
