🔺 New Matchups Coming. Although we don’t yet know what future Big Ten football schedules will look like, we do know Penn State will be matching up against Oregon and Washington more often!

How have the Nittany Lions fared against the Ducks and Huskies in the past? Glad you asked!

🦁 vs. 🦆

The Nittany Lions are 3-1 all-time against Oregon, winning the Liberty Bowl back in 1960, a close matchup in Portland in 1963, dropping a home game against the Ducks in 1964, and most recently winning a Rose Bowl matchup in 1995.

🦁 vs. 🐕

Penn State is 3-0 all-time versus Washington, winning the first matchup all the way back in 1921 (we all remember where we were for that game), the second in the 1983 Aloha Bowl, and the most recent coming in the 2017 Fiesta Bowl.

🔺 Looks Really Nice! We got caught trying to sneak onto Penn State men’s basketball’s flight down to the Bahamas, so we’re living vicariously through the content the team is sending back to the States!

Current Nittany Lions Michael Artlip, Matt Cormier, Michael Jaroh, Josh Karnes and Landon Simpson will all be competing, as well as 2020 graduate Stephen Nedoroscik.

🔺 Welcome Home. Penn State fans, welcome in Tom Morris, who has been hired as assistant athletics director for high performance - Olympic sports!

Morris, a Penn State alum, has spent the last 10 years at Indiana as the senior assistant athletics director for athletic performance.

🤔 BLUE & WHITE TRIVIA

🔺 Beating The Streets. Penn State All-American wrestler Shayne van Ness recently spent five days in New York City, running a wrestling clinic for more than 100 New York City high school students!

The clinics were part of the Public Schools Athletic League High School Summer Sport and Fitness program, with van Ness teaching techniques and answering questions.
