🔺 Preseason Praise. We can file this under Things We Already Knew — Penn State’s Nicholas Singleton and Abdul Carter have been named two of the best players in college football as part of the Walter Camp Watch List!
🔺 Tip It Up. Penn State women’s basketball has announced its nine non-conference games for the 2024-25 season, including seven home contests!
The Lady Lions open their season at home against Bucknell on Monday, Nov. 4, and will also host Canisius, Duquesne, Niagara, Monmouth, Drexel and St. John’s, and will travel to play at Providence and Kansas.
🔺 Final Four. Team USA men’s volleyball and its trio of Penn State legends — Matt Anderson, Aaron Russell and Max Holt — are into the semifinals at the Paris Olympics thanks to a 3-1 win over Brazil in Monday’s quarterfinals!
The Americans will take on Poland, which beat Slovenia in the quarterfinals, tomorrow morning.
🔺 Lightning Strikes Twice. Only 25 more days until Penn State football is back on the field!
Last season’s No. 25, defensive back Daequan Hardy, gave Nittany Nation a game to remember against UMass, returning two punts for touchdowns!
Hardy was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the sixth round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
