🔺 Historic Win. Penn State women’s soccer head coach Erica Dambach secured her 300th career victory on Thursday evening as her Nittany Lions roared past West Virginia 2-1.

Olivia Borgen and Kaitlyn MacBean registered goals for Penn State in the contest, MacBean’s of the game-winning variety.

The Nittany Lions move to 2-0-1 on the season, and next take on TCU this Sunday in Happy Valley.

🔺 Hard-Fought Draw. Penn State men’s soccer played No. 5 Pittsburgh to a 1-1 draw in its season opener on Thursday night.

The Nittany Lions scored first in the contest off a Van Danielson goal late in the first half, but the Panthers matched the score in second half.

Penn State is back in action at home this Sunday against Le Moyne.

🔺 Time For Tampa. Penn State women’s volleyball gets a test right away this season with a pair of ranked matchups in Tampa this weekend!

The No. 8 Nittany Lions start their season against No. 11 Florida this evening, before taking on No. 20 Georgia Tech tomorrow.

🔺 Jumping Right In. No reason to ease into things — the No. 5 Penn State field hockey team travels to No. 6 Virginia this evening to begin its 2023 campaign.

After its trip to Charlottesville, Penn State will head to Washington D.C. on Sunday to take on an American squad that finished 4-2 in Patriot League play a season ago.

The Nittany Lions are coming off a 17-4 season and a share of the Big Ten Championship.
