🔺 Another Test. One week after beating No. 8 Texas Tech 4-0 in its season opener, No. 3 Penn State women’s soccer welcomes another ranked opponent to Jeffrey Field with No. 21 Virginia in town.

The Cavaliers are 2-0 and are yet to allow a goal, earning a pair of 2-0 victories over Towson and Northwestern. Today will be Virginia’s first road match of the season.

🔺 Let’s Get It Started. Penn State men’s soccer’s season opener is here!

The Nittany Lions are in South Carolina today for an early-season test against the No. 1 team in the country and defending national champion, Clemson.

🔺 Record Breaker. Only 9 more days until Penn State football is back on the field!

That gives us a great opportunity to highlight the ridiculous numbers Trace McSorley put up while wearing No. 9 for the Nittany Lions — McSorley is second all-time in passing yards at Penn State with 9,899 yards, and tops the all-time list in total touchdowns with 107 (77 passing and 30 rushing).

🔺 Gift Wrapped. Penn State Athletics has announced a $10 million Founders Gift for the Beaver Stadium Revitalization project from a donor who chooses to remain anonymous.

This is the second Founders Gift for the project, joining the $25 million commitment from the Misitano Family and PAM Health announced last week.
