🔺 Leading The Charge! Penn State Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Dr. Pat Kraft has announced the hiring of Jennifer Green to lead the women’s gymnastics program!
Green, the reigning Mountain West Conference Coach of the Year, heads to Penn State after one of the most dominant years in Air Force Gymnastics history and a NCAA Regional appearance, the first for the program since 2002.

Paul Posluszny, who wore No. 31 for the Nittany Lions from 2003-06, was a First Team All-American in both 2005 and 2006 and a two-time finalist for the Lombardi Award, and was inducted into the National Football Foundation College Football Hall of Fame in 2024.
As young athletes head back to practice, it's important to gradually build strength, flexibility and endurance instead of jumping straight into intense workouts. A slow, steady return to activity helps reduce the risk of overuse injuries and keeps athletes performing at their best all season long.
