  • Penn State women’s hockey’s Tessa Janecke: Janecke became the all-time scoring leader in Penn State women’s hockey history with the then 138th point of her career in a 4-0 win over Syracuse.

  • Penn State women’s volleyball team: The Nittany Lions won their eighth national championship on Sunday, earning NCAA Tournament wins over Delaware State, North Carolina, Marquette, Creighton, Nebraska and Louisville.

🔺 Locking It Down. We only have 4 days until Penn State football is back on the field for its season opener at home against Nevada this Saturday!

A.J. Harris, who wears No. 4 for the Nittany Lions, made 15 starts at cornerback last season and was voted All-Big Ten Third Team by both the coaches and media, and enters the 2025 season on the Bronko Nagurski watch list.

🔺 Earned It. No. 2 Penn State women’s volleyball improved to 2-0 on Monday, picking up a come-from-behind victory over No. 14 Kansas in Sioux Falls, S.D.

The Nittany Lions were down two sets to one before taking the final two sets to clip the Jayhawks.
