Miles Sanders, who wore No. 24 at Penn State from 2016-18, rushed for 1,274 yards during his final season in Happy Valley and scored nine touchdowns before being selected in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles.

Great performance starts long before the game. Getting 8–10 hours of sleep, staying well hydrated and fueling your body with proper nutrition are just as important as practice. Healthy recovery habits help young athletes prevent injuries and stay ready for every practice and competition.
