🔺 Championship Run. Penn State baseball’s outstanding run at the Big Ten Tournament came to an end on Sunday in the championship game, with Nebraska taking the title with a 2-1 win over the Nittany Lions.

Mike Gambino’s squad ended the year winning six of its last seven games, including the first three games of the Big Ten Tournament. The championship game appearance was Penn State’s first since 2000, and just the second in program history, and the Nittany Lions became the first eight seed in tournament history to reach the title game.
