🔺 Tourney Sweep. Penn State men’s volleyball continued its dominant postseason play on Friday, posting its fifth-consecutive sweep with a 3-0 win over Daemen in the National Collegiate Championship Opening Round!

Penn State advances to the eight-team portion of the NC Championship as the seventh seed and will play second-seeded Hawaii on Thursday at Ohio State’s Covelli Center. That will be the location for the remainder of the championship event.

🔺 Ticket Punched. Penn State men’s lacrosse is headed to the NCAA Tournament for the third year in a row!

The Nittany Lions earned the No. 5 overall seed in the tournament and will host Colgate on Saturday at 5 p.m. This will be Penn State’s second time facing Colgate in the 2025 campaign. The Nittany Lions came away with a 14-9 win in the season opener on Feb. 1. PSU leads the all-time series 15-10 and are 7-5 in games played in Happy Valley.

🔺 Husky Series. Penn State softball dropped two-of-three games to Washington over the weekend, picking up a 7-5 win on Saturday.

Brooke Klosowicz made history on Friday, hitting a three-game home run to drive in her 51st run of the season, breaking the program record for a single season.

🔺 Sunday Dub. Penn State baseball earned a win in the final game of its three-game series against Maryland on Sunday, 8-4.

Nate Voss, Derek Cease and Cohl Mercado combined for six hits and five RBI for the Nittany Lions, who now have 13 Big Ten wins.

🔺 Fast Times. Penn State track and field finished up competition at the Larry Ellis Invitational in Princeton, N.J., on Saturday with nine personal bests!

The Nittany Lions will be back home this coming weekend to close out the regular season with the Jim Thorpe Invitational before heading to the Big Ten Outdoor Championships from May 16-18 in Eugene, Ore.

🔺 The Honor Is Theirs. Penn State men’s gymnastics coaches Randy Jepson, Tony Beck, and Carlos Vazquez were all honored by the Collegiate Gymnastics Association (CGA) and the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) at the 2025 NCAA Banquet last week!
