🔺 Welcome, Coach Treanor! Penn State Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Dr. Patrick Kraft announced the selection of Kayla Treanor as women’s lacrosse head coach!

Treanor, a highly decorated player at Syracuse, comes to Happy Valley after serving as the head coach at Syracuse for the last four years.

🔺 Game 1 Win. Penn State baseball won in its Big Ten Tournament opener against Washington on Wednesday, 5-3, at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Neb.

The Nittany Lions, the No. 9 seed, broke the game open with three runs in the sixth, including a two-run sac fly by Bryce Molinaro, to bring home Joe Jaconski and Paxton Kling, and a solo homer by Ryan Weingartner. Ryan DeSanto made the start for the Nittany Lions, working 5.2 scoreless innings.

Penn State is back at it today, playing USC at 2 p.m. ET.
