🔺 Elite Eight. No. 5 seed Penn State men’s lacrosse plays in the NCAA Quarterfinals this weekend, traveling to Annapolis, Md., this Sunday for a matchup against Notre Dame.

The Fighting Irish, the two-time defending national champions, upset No. 4 seed Ohio State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament last weekend.

🔺 Game 1 Won. Penn State baseball picked up a win in the first game of its series against Xavier on Thursday, 7-1.

Matt Maloney contributed four hits, including a two-run double, and Penn State pitchers held Xavier to just four hits. The Nittany Lions and Musketeers are back at it today at 6 p.m. in Harrisburg.
