🔺 Midweek Matchup. Penn State softball plays the fifth game of its nine-game homestand today, welcoming Saint Francis to Nittany Lion Softball Park & Beard Field at 5 p.m.
The Red Flash are 14-20 this season, losing all three games to Long Island last weekend.
Hydration is big — especially when you're out in the sun. Drink one or two glasses of water every hour, and increase the amount when you're doing physical activities or sweating more than usual.

A trio of Penn State student-athletes have been honored with awards this week — women’s volleyball’s Jess Mruzik and football’s Tyler Warren have been named the recipients of the Ernest B. McCoy Memorial Award, and field hockey’s Julienne van Bekkum is the recipient of the John W. Oswald Award!
