🔺 Red-Hot. No. 7 Penn State men’s lacrosse finished up the regular season with a dominant 12-4 win over No. 19 Rutgers on Friday night, extending its win streak to three games as it heads into postseason play.
Jack Fracyon was tremendous in net, making 13 saves and allowing just four goals for the second consecutive game. He also scored the first goal of his career from well beyond midfield.

🔺 Postseason Next. Penn State men’s volleyball is ready for the EIVA Tournament, closing out its regular season this past weekend with a split against No. 19 Princeton.
The Nittany Lions enter the postseason at 11-15 overall and 8-4 in the conference, and earned the three seed and will play six-seeded Harvard in the first round of the EIVA Tournament on Wednesday.

🔺 Winner, Winner. Penn State baseball won its fourth Big Ten series over the weekend, taking two-of-three from Purdue to improve to 12-9 in conference play.
The Nittany Lions won the first two games of the series, scoring 23 runs between the two victories.

🔺 One Game In. Penn State softball dropped Game 1 of its series at Iowa on Saturday, 2-1, in a hard-fought pitcher’s duel.
Mady Volpe and Abigail Britton combined for a strong performance in the circle, while Meagan Ricks collected a pair of doubles at the plate.
Due to rain in the area, the Nittany Lions’ scheduled Sunday contest was moved to today, which will now serve as a doubleheader against the Hawkeyes starting at 1:30 p.m. ET.

🔺 Rocket Ship. Penn State men’s gymnastics leapt up the leaderboard at the NC Men’s Championships over the weekend, posting its best finish since 2016 with a fifth place finish.
Josh Karnes earned a pair of All-American honors in his final weekend — one on parallel bars and another in all-around.

🔺 B1G Swings. Penn State women’s golf competed at the Big Ten Championships in Have de Grace, Md., over the weekend, finishing 15th as a team.
Drew Nienhaus led the Nittany Lions individually, also placing 15th at 2-over.

🔺 Pass The Baton. Penn State track and field closed out the Virginia Challenge on Saturday with a pair of wins in a marquee event, with both the men’s and women’s team claiming victory in the 4×400-meter relay.
The Nittany Lions recorded 13 personal-bests over the two-day meet.

🔺 Last Serve. Penn State women’s tennis picked up a win in the final weekend of the regular season, beating Minnesota 4-0 on Friday afternoon at Sarni Tennis Center.
Maiko Uchijima, Patricia Grigoras and Deanna Lasorda each earned singles wins for the Nittany Lions.
