🔺 Claimed The Cup. No. 16 Penn State men’s lacrosse defeated No. 19 Rutgers 16-8 to win the Friendship Cup in a regular-season finale, securing the two-seed in the 2026 Big Ten Tournament. The Nittany Lions’ offense, led by Hunter Aquino and Andrew Beard, outscored Rutgers 10-2 in the second and fourth quarters.

🔺 Trophy Talk. Penn State men’s golf won the 2026 Rutherford Intercollegiate, their 10th home invitational title since 2015, finishing 11 shots ahead of George Mason. Senior Andrew Barraza secured his first individual title, finishing 5-under, 208, while the team played the final 14 holes at 7-under. The Nittany Lions will next compete in the 2026 B1G Championships on May 1-3 at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club.

🔺 All-American Kids. Two Nittany Lions earned NCAA All-American status in the All-Around. Kellen Ryan and Landon Simpson earned the honors after finishing seventh and fourth, respectively. Penn State had five individuals compete at the NC Championships, with Akseli Karsikas, Ritam Malik, and Shaun Smith also participating in individual events.

🔺 Undefeated Season. No. 15 Penn State men’s volleyball finished the regular season with an undefeated EIVA record. They downed George Mason twice over the weekend, including a 3-2 Senior Day win.

🔺 That’s A Wrap. No. 19 Penn State defeated No. 22 Rutgers 18-15 in their regular-season finale. Erika Ho led the offense with a career-high seven points, including six goals, while Delaney Radin set a new single-season assists record with 53.

🔺 Senior Day Dub. The women’s tennis team defeated Oregon 4-1 on Senior Day, securing a spot in the Big Ten Women’s Tennis Tournament. The Nittany Lions won four consecutive singles matches after losing the doubles point, with Maria Daciana Ciubotaru clinching the victory.
