🔺 Super Seven. No. 8 Penn State men’s lacrosse dominated No. 19 Johns Hopkins on Saturday, winning 10-4 to improve to 8-3 overall and 2-2 in Big Ten play.

The Nittany Lions received a fantastic performance from Matt Traynor, who matched his career-high with seven goals and eight total points.

🔺 Win Streak Stretches. Penn State women’s lacrosse picked up a ranked win over No. 22 USC on Sunday during the program’s Senior Day celebration, it’s fifth-straight win overall.

Kelly MacKinney led both teams with five points on a goal and four assists. Erika Ho scored four goals for the Nittany Lions.

🔺 Tee Time. Penn State men’s golf finished sixth at the 48th-annual Rutherford Intercollegiate on Sunday at the Penn State Blue Course, shooting 18-over par as a team.

Jake Griffin led the way individually, placing sixth at 1-under.

🔺 Double Dip. Penn State men’s volleyball pushed its win streak to four matches over the weekend, beating George Mason in a pair of five-set matches in Fairfax, Va.

The Nittany Lions earned their 10th win of the season on Saturday, and are now 7-3 in EIVA play.

🔺 One Up. Penn State softball hosted No. 22 Ohio State over the weekend, dropping two-of-three games to the Buckeyes.

The Nittany Lions won Saturday’s contest 11-2 in five innings, scoring 11 unanswered runs after the Buckeyes took an early lead. Haylie Brunson, Meagan Ricks and Brooke Klosowicz all homered for Penn State in the win.

🔺 Trojan Horse. Penn State dropped the rubber match of its series against USC on Sunday, 11-6, at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.

The Nittany Lions won Game 1 of the series on Friday, 3-1, thanks to a stellar performance on the mound from Ryan DeSanto and Dimond Loosli and a home run from Paxton Kling.
