🔺 Defend Home Field. Penn State softball puts its undefeated home record to the test this weekend, hosting No. 22 Ohio State for a three-game series at Nittany Lion Softball Park & Beard Field.

The Buckeyes are 31-9-1 this season and 6-4 in Big Ten play.

🔺 What A Run. Penn State men’s hockey’s run in the NCAA Tournament came to an end in the program’s first-ever trip to the Frozen Four on Thursday, falling 3-1 to Boston University in St. Louis.

Trailing 2-0 heading into the third period, the Nittany Lions got on the board thanks to a goal from Nicholas Degraves just two minutes into the period, but couldn’t find the equalizer.

🔺 Blue Jays In Town. Penn State men’s lacrosse plays its fourth-consecutive ranked opponent tomorrow, hosting No. 19 Johns Hopkins at 1 p.m. at Panzer Stadium.

The Blue Jays are 6-5 so far this season and 0-3 in Big Ten action.

🔺 Keep The Streak. Riding a four-game win streak, Penn State women’s lacrosse welcomes No. 22 USC to town this Sunday for a 1 p.m. Senior Day matchup.

The Trojans are 8-5 overall this season but just 1-4 in Big Ten action.

🔺 Trojan Test. Penn State baseball, winner of four straight, hosts USC from the West Coast this weekend for a three-game series at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.

Saturday’s contest will have postgame fireworks, postgame autographs and trading card giveaways, while Sunday’s game will be a White Out and Kids Run The Bases Day.

🔺 Home Course. Penn State men’s golf plays its final tournament of the regular season at home this weekend, hosting the Rutherford Intercollegiate at the Penn State Blue Course.

🔺 One More For The Road. Penn State men’s volleyball plays its final regular season road matches this weekend, traveling to Fairfax, Va., for two matchups against George Mason.

The Patriots are 13-10 this season and 4-4 in EIVA play.

🔺 Closing In. Penn State women’s and men’s tennis are both in the penultimate weekend of the regular season — the women play just once, traveling to Ohio State tomorrow for a noon matchup, while the men are on the road playing at Northwestern and Illinois.
