🔺 Movin’ On. No. 7 seed Penn State women’s basketball started its Big Ten Tournament run hot on Thursday, winning 80-56 over No. 10 seed Wisconsin to advance to Friday’s quarterfinals against No. 2 seed Iowa.
Four Lady Lions scored in double figures against the Badgers — Kylie Lavelle (14), Ashley Owusu (13), Makenna Marisa (10) and Leilani Kapinus (10).
Penn State and Iowa will tip off at 6:30 p.m. from Minneapolis.

🔺 Two More. Penn State softball dropped the first of a three-game series against Texas State on Thursday, 5-2.
Maddie Gordon was 2-for-3 out of the two-hole with a pair of doubles and both runs scored for the Lady Lions.
Penn State and Texas State will close out the series with a doubleheader today starting at 5 p.m.
🔺 Title Time. Penn State wrestling is in College Park, Md. this weekend for the Big Ten Championships, seeking its eighth Big Ten title under head coach Cael Sanderson!
🔺 Senior Salute. Penn State men’s basketball closes out its regular season with one final home game on Sunday night, as Maryland travels to University Park for a 7:30 p.m. tip on the Big Ten Network.
🔺 Postseason Hockey. Sixth-seeded Penn State men’s hockey travels to Minneapolis this weekend for a Big Ten Tournament Quarterfinal matchup with the third-seeded Minnesota Golden Gophers.
The Nittany Lions and Gophers will play Friday and Saturday, with an if-necessary Game 3 scheduled for Sunday.
🔺 Ivy And Diamonds. Penn State baseball travels to the home of USA Baseball this weekend, Cary, N.C., to take on Harvard in a three-game series.
The Nittany Lions and Crimson are set to play a doubleheader today before finishing up the series tomorrow.

🔺 Full Slate. Penn State women’s gymnastics has a busy weekend ahead, traveling first to Cedar City, Utah today for a dual against Southern Utah, then heading back east to compete at the NC State Quad Meet against No. 21 NC State, Texas Woman’s University and Penn.

🔺 Cali Dreaming. After having the first dual of its California trip canceled due to weather, Penn State women’s tennis will finally get on the court today against Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles, before traveling to Santa Barbara tomorrow to take on UCSB.
