🔺 Last Call. Penn State men’s hockey’s season came to an end over the weekend, falling to No. 6 Minnesota-Duluth in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament in Albany, N.Y., 3-1.
Penn State opened the scoring as Casey Aman sent a beautiful cross-ice pass from behind the goal line tape-to-tape to freshman Shea Van Olm and he ripped a twisted wrister shortside for the 1-0 edge at 8:37 of the first period.

🔺 Still Hot! No. 10 Penn State men’s hockey beat another top-10 team over the weekend, taking down No. 8 Ohio State in Columbus, 13-6!
The Nittany Lions are now 2-0 in conference play for the first time since 2019, a year in which the team went 5-0 in Big Ten play to claim a regular season title.

🔺 B1G Battle. No. 21 Penn State women’s lacrosse gave No. 3 and unbeaten Maryland all it could handle on Sunday, ultimately falling to the Terrapins in College Park, 14-13.
Rocquette Allen recorded a game-high five goals and six points to tie her career high in both categories.

🔺 Clean Sweep! Penn State softball improved to 23-11 overall and 4-5 in Big Ten play over the weekend, sweeping Rutgers in Piscataway!
The Nittany Lions scored at least seven runs in each win over the Scarlet Knights.

🔺 B1G Series. Penn State baseball dropped a conference series at home to Illinois over the weekend, winning Game 1 before dropping the final two games of the weekend.
The Nittany Lions won 9-8 on Friday night, erasing an early 6-0 deficit. Jayden Davis (3 RBI), Michael Anderson (2 RBI) and Avery Smith (2 RBI) led the charge.

🔺 Conference Crush! No. 17 Penn State men’s volleyball improved to 6-0 in EIVA play over the weekend, collecting a pair of sweeps over No. 19 NJIT, which entered the weekend at 5-1 in conference action!

🔺 B1G Double Dip! Penn State women’s tennis went 2-0 over the weekend, beating both No. 35 Maryland and Rutgers at home!
The Nittany Lions got outside for the first time on Sunday, beating the Scarlet Knights, 4-1, at Sarni Tennis Center.

🔺 One Up, One Down. Penn State men’s tennis split a pair of matches against ranked opponents over the weekend, beating No. 69 Northwestern on Friday, 4-3, before falling to No. 14 Illinois on Sunday at the Indoor Tennis Center.
David Lindsay, Marcus Schoeman, Eyal Shyovitz and Kyle Chesman all earned singles wins against the Wildcats.
