🔺 Five In A Row! Penn State wrestling clinched its fifth consecutive national championship over the weekend in Cleveland!
Four Nittany Lions won individual titles — Mitchell Mesenbrink, Levi Haines, Josh Barr and Luke Lilledahl — to bring the program’s total to 65 NCAA championships, and 44 since Cael Sanderson arrived. The Nittany Lions now have 13 national championships under Sanderson, the second-most all-time.
🤼 RECAP: National Champion Penn State Claims Four Individual Titles at 2026 NCAA Wrestling Championships

🔺 History Was Made. No. 3 Penn State women’s ice hockey closed out a historic season at the program’s first Frozen Four, falling 4-3 in overtime to No. 2 Wisconsin in the National Semifinal on Friday night at Pegula Ice Arena.
The Nittany Lions set a new program and Women’s Frozen Four attendance record as 5,176 fans packed into Pegula Ice Arena.

🔺 B1G Win! No. 9 Penn State men’s lacrosse opened up Big Ten play with a big win over No. 11 Maryland on Saturday, beating the Terrapins 10-6 at Panzer Stadium!
The win for the Nittany Lions, played in front of the largest crowd ever at Panzer Stadium, is the fifth all-time against the Terps.

🔺 Senior Celebration. No. 21 Penn State women’s lacrosse lost for just the second time on Sunday, falling to No. 6 Michigan on Senior Day at Panzer Stadium, 11-6.
Payton Wainman scored two goals for the Nittany Lions in the loss.

🔺 B1G Competition! No. 17 Penn State women’s gymnastics competed at the Big Ten Championships over the weekend, finishing in third place in Session II with a team score of 196.000.

🔺 Badger Ball. Penn State softball hosted Wisconsin over the weekend at Nittany Lion Softball Park & Beard Field, dropping two-of-three games to the Badgers.
The Nittany Lions won Game 2, 14-8, with Jordan George (5 RBI) and Breanna Hanik (3 RBI) leading the offensive charge.

🔺 Boiler Ball. Penn State baseball played three games on the road against Purdue over the weekend, salvaging the final game of the series, 14-9.
Bryce Molinaro and Michael Anderson both homered in the win over the Boilermakers on Sunday.

🔺 Gettin’ Outside. Penn State track and field competed in its first outdoor meet of the season on Saturday at the Penn Challenge in Philadelphia, with both the men’s and women’s teams putting together strong showings!

🔺 Split Serve. Penn State men’s tennis split a pair of matches on the road in the state of Indiana over the weekend, beating Purdue on Friday, 6-1, before losing to No. 62 Indiana on Sunday, 4-1.

🔺 Bee Sting. Penn State women’s tennis lost on the road at Georgia Tech on Sunday, 4-1.
Olivia Dorner earned the lone point for the Nittany Lions with a singles win against the Yellow Jackets.
