🔺 Aced It. For the second year in a row, Ace Baldwin Jr. is the Big Ten Men’s Basketball Defensive Player of the Year!
Along with his individual award, Baldwin Jr. was also named All-Big Ten Honorable Mention along with Yanic Konan Niederhauser. Puff Johnson was named Penn State’s recipient of the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award.

🔺 Comeback Falls Short. Penn State baseball scored nine of the final 11 runs of its game against Georgetown on Tuesday but couldn’t complete the comeback in a 14-10 loss to the Hoyas.
Matt Maloney, Ryan Weingartner and Bryce Molinaro each drove in two runs for the Nittany Lions, who are right back at it against the Hoyas today at 4 p.m.
🔺 Rainy Rounds. Weather shortened Penn State women’s golf’s trip to the Briar’s Creek Invitational to just 36 holes this week, with the team shooting 35-over to finished tied for 14th in the 17-team field.
🔺 Midweek Action. Penn State men’s lacrosse is back at it today, hosting Robert Morris at 4 p.m. at Panzer Stadium, for Military Appreciation Day.
The Colonials are 3-3 this season, all three wins coming at home.
