🔺 We Are The Champs! No. 1 Penn State wrestling claimed its ninth Big Ten team title on Sunday, winning the championship with a new school record of 181.5 points!
Five Nittany Lions were crowned as individual champions — Luke Lilledahl (125 pounds), Tyler Kasak (157 pounds), Mitchell Mesenbrink (165 pounds), Levi Haines (174 pounds) and Carter Starocci (184 pounds).

Delaware Water Gap Wows. People say March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb. So, for this month of seasonal transition, we’ve rounded up a whole host of indoor AND outdoor activities.

🔺 Back-To-Back-To-Back. For the third year in a row, Penn State women’s hockey has won its conference tournament!
The No. 8 Nittany Lions beat Mercyhurst on Saturday, 4-1, to become the first program to win the league three seasons in a row.

🔺 Final Four. No. 5 seed Penn State men’s hockey is into the semifinals of the Big Ten Tournament, sweeping No. 4 Michigan in Ann Arbor to punch its ticket to the second weekend of the tournament for the ninth time in 12 years.
The Nittany Lions won 6-5 in overtime in Game 1 with JJ Wiebusch collecting the 15th hat trick in program history, including one of the best goals you’ll ever see to win it in overtime. Penn State took Game 2, 5-2, to clinch the series win.

🔺 OT Winner. No. 9 Penn State men’s lacrosse picked up a signature win on Saturday, beating No. 3 Cornell on the road in overtime, 6-5.
Hunter Aquino led the way with five points (1 goal, 4 assists), while Luke Walstrum (2 goals, 2 assists) and Liam Matthews (3 goals, 1 assist) both collected four points.

🔺 Road Upset. Penn State men’s basketball earned its highest ranked road win since 2009 over the weekend, beating No. 12 Wisconsin in Madison in its regular season finale, 86-75.
The Nittany Lions trailed 40-35 at halftime, but outscored the Badgers 51-35 in the second half. D’Marco Dunn scored a career-high 25 points, while Yanic Konan Niederhauser tallied his fourth double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.

🔺 B1G Win. Penn State baseball kicked off Big Ten play with a series win over Indiana in Happy Valley this weekend, splitting the first two games with the Hoosiers before winning the rubber match on Sunday, 10-6.
Joe Jaconski drove in three runs on Sunday, and Paxton Kling and Bryce Molinaro both drove in a pair.

🔺 Defended Home Turf. Penn State softball opened its home slate this weekend, going a perfect 4-0 at the Penn State Softball Invitational with wins over Canisius, Fairfield (x2) and Lafayette.
In four games, the Nittany Lions outscored their opponents 57-11.

🔺 Illini Fight. Penn State men’s gymnastics picked up a top-five road win on Saturday, winning 321.750-312.550 at No. 5 Illinois.
The Nittany Lions landed nine sticks and hit all but one routine in the win.

🔺 Sunday Fun Day. Penn State women’s gymnastics had its best showing of the season on Sunday, scoring a season-high 196.675 to take down Clemson and George Washington at the GW Tri-Meet.

🔺 No Points Given. Penn State women’s tennis was perfect over the weekend in its Big Ten opener, picking up wins via sweep of both Indiana and Purdue at the Indoor Tennis Center.
The Nittany Lions are now 11-1 overall and have won eight straight matches.

🔺 Downed In The Desert. Penn State men’s volleyball dropped a pair of matches to No. 15 Grand Canyon in Phoenix over the weekend, both by sweep.
The Nittany Lions next head to Honolulu, Hawaii for matchups against USC, Hawaii and Ball State at the Outrigger Volleyball Invitational.
