🔺 Home Finale. Penn State women’s basketball plays its final home game today, hosting USC at 6 p.m. inside Rec Hall for Senior Day!

The Trojans are 17-10 overall this season and 9-7 in Big Ten play, and are winners of six of their last seven games.

🔺 Pass Catchers! Penn State football has announced Kashif Moore as its new wide receivers coach!

Moore spent the last three seasons at UConn, where he helped develop Biletnikoff Award finalist Skyler Bell into a 2025 consensus All-American.

🔺 Shooting Star! Penn State men’s hockey’s Gavin McKenna is the Big Ten First Star of the Week, his fourth conference honor of the season!

Engaging in regular physical activity can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve mood and increase self-esteem. Exercise also promotes the release of endorphins – the body’s natural mood elevators – and other neurotransmitters that help regulate mood and decrease stress. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic exercise per week, along with muscle-strengthening activities two or more days per week.
