No. 6 Penn State men’s hockey put together an outstanding sweep of Ohio State over the weekend, with freshman Gavin McKenna setting a Nittany Lion single-game point and assist record in an 11-4 victory on Friday before erasing a three-goal deficit on Saturday to win, 5-4, in overtime!

🔺 Fun In The Sun. Penn State softball pushed its win streak to nine games over the weekend in Orlando, winning all fives games at the SpaceU Classic!

The Nittany Lions beat Charleston Southern and UCF on Friday, Ohio and Notre Dame on Saturday and Charleston Southern again on Sunday for their first 5-0 tournament performance since the 2024 season.

🔺 A Lot To A Little! No. 21 Penn State women’s lacrosse dominated its Sunday morning matchup with Drexel, winning 16-3 to improve to 5-0, its best start to a season since 2017!

Payton Wainman led the way offensively with a career-high five goals and an assist. Anna Salerno added two goals, and Emma Kelly won double-digit draws for the second time this season.

🔺 B1G Win! Penn State women’s basketball earned its third Big Ten win of the season on Saturday, beating Rutgers in New Jersey, 87-78!

Kiyomi McMiller was once again fantastic, matching a career high with 37 points, her fifth consecutive 30-point scoring performance.

🔺 Shut ‘Em Out. No. 1 Penn State wrestling closed out the regular season on Friday night with a 50-0 shutout of Princeton, finishing with a 15-0 record overall and 8-0 mark in Big Ten action!

🔺 Sweet Sweep! No. 16 Penn State men’s volleyball improved to 10-4 overall and 4-0 in EIVA play over the weekend, winning a pair of matches against Harvard inside Rec Hall while dropping just one set!

🔺 Spider Trap. Penn State baseball played its first true road series of the season over the weekend, dropping two-of-three games at Richmond.

The Nittany Lions won the opener on Friday night before losing in both ends of a Saturday doubleheader. Spencer Barnett homered twice in the Friday night win.

🔺 Out At Sea. No. 10 Penn State men’s lacrosse dropped a close contest at Navy on Saturday, 12-11, after taking a 9-8 lead into the fourth quarter against the Midshipmen.

Kyle Lehman led the offense with two goals and two assists.

🔺 Heartland Hoops. Penn State men’s basketball dropped a Big Ten road contest at No. 9 Nebraska on Saturday, 87-64.

A pair of freshmen — Ivan Jurić and Kayden Mingo — led the Nittany Lions with 13 points apiece.

🔺 Win The Weekend! Penn State women’s tennis improved to 8-1 over the weekend, winning against James Madison on Friday and Marshall yesterday.

The Nittany Lions took down the Dukes via sweep before winning by 5-2 decision against the Herd.

🔺 Jersey Joust. Penn State men’s tennis dropped a match against No. 19 Princeton in New Jersey on Saturday, moving its record to 9-2 to open the season.

David Lindsay earned the lone point for the Nittany Lions in singles play.

🔺 Duals Done. No. 19 Penn State women’s gymnastics closed dual action over the weekend, recording its 12th consecutive score of 196.000 or higher in a loss at No. 20 Iowa on Saturday night.
