🔺 Play Ball! Penn State baseball is on the island of Puerto Rico this weekend, opening its season in Caguas for the Puerto Rico Challenge with matchups against Missouri, Stetson and UConn.

🔺 Hello, Huskies. Penn State men’s basketball is back from its West Coast trip and brought its next opponent with it, welcoming Washington (12-12, 3-10 B1G) to the Bryce Jordan Center tomorrow a 2 p.m.

🔺 In The Rink. Penn State men’s and women’s hockey are back out on the ice this weekend — the Nittany Lion men will host Notre Dame for a set this weekend, while the women travel to Rochester, N.Y. for two games at RIT.

🔺 Marching On. Penn State men’s lacrosse gets its first big test of the season tomorrow, hosting No. 8 Princeton at 1 p.m. at Panzer Stadium.

The Nittany Lion women are on the road this weekend, heading to Philadelphia tomorrow for a 1 p.m. game at Saint Joseph’s.

🔺 Illini Fight. Penn State women’s basketball dropped a tough game at Illinois on Thursday, 67-55.

Gracie Merkle scored 15 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, while Gabby Elliott led the Lady Lions with 16 points.

🔺 Wrestling Heads West. No. 1 Penn State wrestling will spend the weekend on the road, first stopping in Columbus, Ohio today for a 7 p.m. matchup against Ohio State before competing at Illinois on Sunday at 2 p.m.

🔺 Softball In The Sun. Penn State softball is back in Florida again, this time heading to Tampa for five games at the Fonseca Memorial Tournament at USF.

The Nittany Lions start play with a pair of games today against St. John’s and host USF.

🔺 Just Keep Winning. Riding a four-match win streak, including three straight by sweep, Penn State men’s tennis is home for three more matches this weekend — Saint Francis and Drexel tomorrow and Georgetown on Sunday.

🔺 Late Night In LA. Penn State women’s gymnastics is on the West Coast, competing against No. 5 UCLA at 11 p.m. ET today on the Big Ten Network.

🔺 One Here, One There. Penn State men’s volleyball will spend the weekend with Saint Francis, first playing the Red Flash in Loretto today at 7 p.m. before traveling back to State College for a 4 p.m. game tomorrow.

🔺 Split Squad. Penn State track and field will be split between two meets this weekend — the Tiger Paw Invitational in Clemson, S.C. and the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston.
