🔺 Gridiron Greats! Penn State football’s Olaivavega Ioane and Kaytron Allen were named All-Americans by the Associated Press this week!
Ioane landed on the second team after already being recognized as a second-team All-American by the Walter Camp Football Foundation over the weekend. Allen was named to the third team by the AP.

🔺 Best Of Both! Penn State women’s volleyball has landed a pair of CSC Academic District team members, with Ava Falduto and Kennedy Martin earning the honor for their work on and off the court!

Engaging in regular physical activity can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve mood and increase self-esteem. Exercise also promotes the release of endorphins – the body’s natural mood elevators – and other neurotransmitters that help regulate mood and decrease stress. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic exercise per week, along with muscle-strengthening activities two or more days per week.
