🔺 Next Coach For The Cats! Penn State Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Dr. Patrick Kraft has announced the selection of Rob Dow as men’s soccer head coach!

As the head coach of Vermont, Dow boasted a 129-41-21 record and has taken the team to five consecutive NCAA Tournaments, including leading the Catamounts to a National Championship in the 2024 season. In his nine seasons, he has coached 55 all-conference honorees and seven major conference award winners.

🔺 Saturday vs. The Spartans. Penn State men’s basketball plays its Big Ten home opener tomorrow, putting its undefeated record at the Bryce Jordan Center to the test against No. 9 Michigan State!

🔺 On The Plains. No. 1 Penn State wrestling meets Wyoming tomorrow night for the first time in program history, traveling to Laramie to tangle with the Cowboys (2-2) at 8 p.m. ET.

🔺 Top Test. Penn State women’s basketball hits the road this weekend, traveling to Columbia, S.C. tomorrow for a matchup with No. 3 South Carolina.

The Gamecocks are 9-1 this season, their lone loss coming on a neutral court against No. 4 Texas.

🔺 B1G Honors. A pair of Penn State track and field athletes were honored by the Big Ten this week — Collin Burkhart is the Men’s Field Athlete of the Week, while Tayissa Buchanan is the Track Athlete of the Week!
