🔺 Win No. 9. Penn State football’s defense was dominant yet again this past weekend against Rutgers, allowing just 229 total yards in a 27-6 win.

Beau Pribula, Kaytron Allen and Nicholas Singleton all rushed for over 60 yards for the Nittany Lions, and Allen found the end zone twice.

🔺 Proved It. Even with many of its All-Americans back in Happy Valley preparing for tomorrow’s NWCA All-Star Classic Exhibition, Penn State wrestler crowned five champions at the Black Knight Invitational on Sunday.

Braeden Davis (125), Aaron Nagao (133), Beau Bartlett (141), Mitchell Mesenbrink (165), and Josh Barr (184) all won titles.

🔺 Big Win, Once Again. The Mike Rhoades Era continues to be off to a fantastic start for Penn State men’s basketball — the Nittany Lions took down Morehead State 74-51 on Friday night to improve to 4-0!

Penn State forced 29 turnovers in the win and scored 30 points from the charity stripe.

🔺 Elite Eight. No. 2 seed Penn State women’s soccer found itself in a shootout against No. 6 seed Saint Louis in the third round of the NCAA Tournament on Sunday, ultimately prevailing 4-3 to reach the National Quarterfinals for the first time since 2018!

Kaitlyn MacBean scored twice for the Nittany Lions, while Mieke Schiemann and Payton Linnehan added the third and fourth goals of the match.

🔺 Basketball In The Bahamas. Penn State women’s basketball Is in Nassau, Bahamas tonight for a 6 p.m. tip against Oklahoma State as part of the Baha Mar Hoops Pink Flamingo Tournament!

The Cowgirls are 2-1 on the season, scoring 100-plus points in their first two games of the season before falling to New Orleans most recently on Nov. 8.

🔺 Ice Split. No. 18 Penn State men’s hockey picked up its first ranked win of the season over the weekend, knocking off No. 12 Michigan in the series finale on Saturday night to split the series with the Wolverines in Ann Arbor.

🔺 Two More. Penn State women’s volleyball accomplished the following over the weekend — moved its win streak to four matches, won its 13th Big Ten match, saw Mac Podraza pick up her 5,000th assist and earned a sweep of Senior Day. Not bad!

🔺 Win One, Lose One. Penn State women’s hockey moved to 5-1 in CHA play over the weekend with a series split against Mercyhurst.

The Nittany Lions received goals from three different goal scorers in their 3-1 win on Saturday — Mya Vaslet, Katelyn Roberts and Stella Retrum.

🔺 Finished Strong. Penn State women’s cross country finished up its season at the NCAA Championships in Charlottesville, Va. over the weekend, finishing 31st as a team.

Maddie Ullom led the way for the Nittany Lions, running the 6K race in 21:00.7, followed by Florence Caron, Kileigh Kane, Faith DeMars and Claire Zubey, in that order.
