🔺 Wrestling At West Point. Penn State wrestling will send 15 athletes to West Point this Sunday for the Army Black Knight Invite.

On top of the trip to West Point, six additional Nittany Lions will take part in the NWCA All-Star Classic Exhibition on Tuesday in Rec Hall — Shayne Van Ness (149), Levi Haines (157), Carter Starocci (174), Bernie Truax (184), Aaron Brooks (197) and Greg Kerkvliet (285).

🔺 Keep It Going. Penn State men’s basketball finishes up a four-game home stand tonight against Morehead State before heading down to Florida for next week’s ESPN Events Invitational.

Morehead State is battle-tested already, with a pair of losses to Alabama and Purdue and wins over Shawnee State and Mercer.

🔺 Survive And Advance. Penn State women’s soccer gets another shot at keeping its season alive tonight with its NCAA Second Round matchup against Santa Clara at Jeffrey Field!

The Nittany Lions dominated Central Connecticut State, 7-0, in the first round to get to the second weekend of the NCAA Tournament, while Santa Clara beat Arizona State, 3-0.

🔺 Second Half Blitz. Penn State women’s basketball outscored St. John’s 46-27 after halftime in its Thursday night matchup in Queens, winning by a 69-53 final to run its season-opening win streak to four games.

🔺 Another B1G Matchup. We’ve got a top-20 matchup on the ice in Ann Arbor this weekend — No. 18 Penn State men’s hockey takes the trip over to Michigan to skate with the No. 12 Wolverines.

Michigan was a top-10 team a week ago, but are 0-3-1 against Wisconsin and Minnesota in the past two weeks.

🔺 Prove It. Penn State women’s volleyball (11-5 B1G) has a great opportunity at home this weekend to cement itself in the upper-echelon of the Big Ten against Michigan State and Northwestern.

The Spartans (8-8 B1G) are in town tonight, before Northwestern (6-10) comes over on Saturday.

🔺 Have Mercy. Penn State women’s hockey, leading the College Hockey America standings with eight points, travels to Mercyhurst this weekend with the goal of staying on top of the standings.

Mercyhurst is tied for third place in the conference standings at 2-2-0 in CHA play.
