🔺 Gopher Grinder. No. 4 Penn State football traveled to Minnesota and earned a gritty 26-25 win over the Gophers on Saturday, improving to 10-1 on the season! Here’s your postgame coverage from a happy Nittany Lion locker room:

🔺 Elite Again. Penn State women’s soccer is headed to the Elite Eight for the second consecutive season!

After giving up a goal to Vanderbilt less than eight minutes into the match, the Nittany Lions reeled off three straight goals to beat the Commodores, 3-1, to advance. Aubrey Kulpa, Natalie Wilson and Rowan Lapi provided the goals.

🔺 Fast-Paced. No. 19 Penn State women’s cross country ran to a 15th-place finish at the NCAA Championships over the weekend, its best finish since 2012.

Florence Caron earned All-American honors for the Nittany Lions, finishing 19th in 19:51.2. Representing the men’s team, Brian DiCola finished 157th overall.

🔺 Bullied The Bulldogs. Tied at halftime against Georgia, Penn State women’s basketball dominated the second half against the Bulldogs in Orlando on Saturday, winning 67-47 to improve to 7-0 for the second time in the last three seasons.

Moriah Murray led the way with 24 points while knocking down seven 3-point attempts, and was joined in double figures by Alli Campbell (14 points, seven assists) and Gracie Merkle (12 points, 11 rebounds).

🔺 Seeing Sunshine. Penn State men’s basketball is in Daytona Beach, Fla. today, beginning play at the Sunshine Slam against Fordham at 4 p.m.

🔺 Senior Celebration. No. 4 Penn State women’s volleyball celebrated Senior Day on Sunday with a 3-1 win over Washington at Rec Hall.

The win over the Huskies improves the Nittany Lions to 27-2 overall and 17-1 in Big Ten play, and moved their home record to a perfect 15-0.

🔺 Mat Attack. No. 1 Penn State wrestling sent 22 wrestlers to the Black Knight Invitational In West Point, N.Y. on Sunday, and the Nittany Lions came away with nine of the 10 individual titles.

🔺 Back-To-Back. No. 12 Penn State women’s hockey dominated Robert Morris over the weekend, sweeping the Colonials by a combined score of 9-0 in two games at Pegula Ice Arena.

The Nittany Lions are now 13-3-0 overall this season and 6-0-0 in AHA play, and currently have a seven-game win streak.

🔺 All The Offense. Penn State men’s hockey suffered a pair of losses over the weekend to No. 5 Michigan, despite finding the back of the net at a high clip.

The Nittany Lions lost Game 1 in a close one, 6-5, before falling 10-6 in Game 2.
