📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Win Column. Penn State football got back on track on Saturday, rushing for 240 yards in a 28-10 win at Michigan State in a battle for the Land Grant Trophy.
Senior running back Kaytron Allen had a career day with 181 rushing yards including two touchdowns. He owns 11 career 100-yard rushing games and seven career games with multiple rushing touchdowns. Senior running back Nicholas Singleton added 56 yards on the ground while moving into fifth all-time at Penn State in rushing yardage with 3,331 yards.

🔺 Starting Strong. Penn State wrestling was dominant in its season opener on Friday night, shutting out Oklahoma at the Bryce Jordan Center, 45-0.
The Nittany Lion lineup featured four freshmen and two sophomores. Penn State picked up its first shutout since blanking Michigan 39-0 on Feb. 7, 2025, in the Jordan Center.

🔺 Wolverine Win. No. 5 Penn State men’s hockey earned a split against No. 2 Michigan over the weekend, bouncing back from a Game 1 loss to beat the Wolverines 4-2 on Saturday.
The Nittany Lions had four different goal scorers in Saturday’s win, with 12 separate players registering a point in the victory.

🔺 Women Keep Winning. No. 6 Penn State women’s hockey pushed its season-opening win streak to 14 games over the weekend against Syracuse, outscoring the Orange 18-2 over the course of two games and improving to 10-0 in AHA play in the process.
The Nittany Lions scored 11 goals in Game 2, tying a program record.

🔺 Survive And Advance. Penn State women’s soccer won its NCAA First Round matchup for the 17th season in a row on Saturday night, beating Army, 3-0, at Jeffrey Field.
The win gave the Nittany Lions 10 on the season, extending their streak of double-digit win seasons to 32, accomplishing the feat in every season of the team’s varsity era.

🔺 Philly Fever. Penn State men’s basketball remained unbeaten over the weekend, traveling to Philadelphia and beating La Salle at Xfinity Mobile Arena, 83-69.
Penn State freshman guard Melih Tunca was 8-for-9 from the field and 4-for-4 from 3-point range to tally a game-high 20 points.

🔺 Brotherly Ball. Penn State women’s basketball improved to 4-0 on Sunday, winning 89-77 at Saint Joseph’s.
The Lady Lions made 12 three-pointers and shot over 70 percent from behind the three-point line. Tea Cleante led the way with five makes from deep, scoring 23 total points.

🔺 Sunday Dub. No. 24 Penn State women’s volleyball battled back from a Friday loss to No. 20 Minnesota to beat Ohio State in five sets on Sunday on Military Appreciation Day at Rec Hall.

🔺 Still Running. The No. 10 Penn State women’s cross team, along with Nick Sloff of the men’s team, were officially announced NCAA Cross Country Championship qualifiers the NCAA on Saturday evening!
