🔺 Now On The Mat! Penn State wrestling opens its season today, hosting Oklahoma at 6 p.m. inside the Bryce Jordan Center!
Penn State is coming off a successful 2024-25 season that saw the team win its 12th NCAA National Championship under Sanderson and 13th overall last year in Philadelphia. The Nittany Lions return nine All-Americans for the 2025-26 campaign, seven from last year’s title winning team and two who are coming off redshirt seasons.
🤼 PREVIEW: Penn State Wrestling Opens 2025-26 Season by Hosting Oklahoma Friday Night in the Jordan Center

🔺 Top-5 Teams. No. 5 Penn State men’s hockey plays its second top-two team in as many weeks this weekend, returning home to host No. 2 Michigan (10-2-0, 3-1-0) for a pair of Big Ten matchups.

🔺 Return To Ice. No. 7 Penn State women’s hockey is back on the ice this weekend after a week off, looking to extend its 12-game season-opening win streak as it hosts Syracuse (6-7, 4-2-1) for a two-game AHA series at Pegula Ice Arena.

🔺 For The Land Grant Trophy. Penn State football is on the road this weekend, traveling to Michigan State for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff against the Spartans at Spartan Stadium.
Michigan State is 3-6 this season, including an 0-6 mark in Big Ten play.
🏈 GAME NOTES: Penn State vs. Michigan State

🔺 Win Or Go Home. No. 8 seed Penn State women’s soccer kicks off NCAA Tournament play tomorrow, hosting Patriot League champion Army (14-5-2) at Jeffrey Field at 5 p.m.

🔺 Philly Hoops. Riding a three-game season-opening win streak, Penn State men’s basketball travels to Philadelphia tomorrow for a 1 p.m. tipoff against La Salle (2-1) at Xfinity Mobile Arena.

🔺 Road Show. Penn State women’s basketball plays its first road game of the 2025-26 season this weekend, traveling to Philadelphia on Sunday for a 2 p.m. tip at Saint Joseph’s (3-0).

🔺 Home And Away. Penn State women’s volleyball plays another pair of Big Ten matches this weekend, traveling to Minneapolis today for a matchup against No. 20 Minnesota (17-8, 7-7) on BTN before returning home to host Ohio State (5-17, 2-12) on Sunday.

🔺 Race Day! Penn State cross country toes the postseason line again this morning, racing at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships in Bethlehem, Pa. for a shot at qualifying for the NCAA Championships next weekend in Columbia, Mo.

🔺 All-Conference Cats. Penn State men’s soccer garnered a pair of postseason Big Ten honors on Thursday!
Redshirt freshman Jonathan Evans was recognized on the All-Freshman team while redshirt senior Van Danielson was recognized as a Sportsmanship Honoree. The all-freshman honor marks the third consecutive year Penn State has had an honoree on the freshman team.
