🔺 History Was Made! Penn State men’s basketball earned its largest road win in 50 years over the weekend, beating New Haven, 87-43, to improve to 2-0 on the season.

Penn State shot 52.5 percent from the field and 44.0 percent from 3-point range while drilling 11 triples. The Nittany Lions had 17 assists on 32 made baskets. Penn State scored 29 points off 19 New Haven turnovers and out-rebounded the Chargers 36-24.

🔺 Close Call. Penn State women’s basketball improved to 2-0 for the sixth season in a row on Friday, beating Cincinnati in a back-and-forth contest at Rec Hall, 82-77.

Five Lady Lions scored in double figures against the Bearcats — Kiyomi McMiller (20), Moriah Murray (18), Gracie Merkle (14), Tea Cleante (14) and Viktoria Ranisavljevic (10).

🔺 Illini Fight. No. 25 Penn State women’s volleyball got back in the win column on Sunday, beating Illinois in four sets on the road.

With six matches left in the regular season, the Nittany Lions sit at 14-10 overall and 8-6 in Big Ten play.

🔺 ‘Til The End. A wet and cold night in Happy Valley saw Penn State men’s soccer force a 0-0 draw against No. 10 Michigan on Jeffrey Field in the conclusion to the team’s 2025 season. Jonathan Evans made three stops in game, earning the fourth shutout of his career.

🔺 Top Test. No. 3 Penn State men’s hockey was on the road over the weekend at No. 1 Michigan State, dropping a pair of contests to the Spartans.

The Nittany Lions battled in a 2-1 overtime defeat on Friday before falling 5-0 on Saturday.

🔺 By An Inch. Penn State football came up just short to No. 2 Indiana on Saturday at West Shore Home Field at Beaver Stadium, losing 27-24 to the Hoosiers.

Senior Nicholas Singleton, finished with 143 all-purpose yards. He toted the ball 10 times for 71 yards, highlighted by a 59-yard dash in the fourth quarter, and two touchdowns. He caught a 19-yard touchdown to give the Nittany Lions the lead in the fourth quarter. Singleton’s 41 career rushing touchdowns are two away from tying Saquon Barkley’s program best. He boasts 51 total touchdowns for his career, two behind Barkley’s all-time record.
