🔺 Woeful Weather. No. 10 seed Penn State women’s soccer wasn’t able to play its Big Ten Tournament match against No. 7 seed Minnesota on Thursday due to winter weather in the Minneapolis area — the Nittany Lions and Gophers will try again today at 7:30 p.m.!

🔺 Extra Credit. Penn State women’s hockey opened AHA play last night with a thrilling 3-2 win in overtime over Syracuse!

Kendall Butze scored the first goal of the game for the Nittany Lions in the first period, before a pair of goals from the Orange in the second period gave the visitors the lead. Maddy Christian’s third period goal pushed the game to overtime, where Brianna Brooks delivered the game-winner.

🔺 Keep The Streak. No. 3 Penn State women’s volleyball looks to make it 12 straight wins to open up Big Ten play this weekend, hosting Iowa today at 6:30 p.m.

The Hawkeyes are 9-13 overall this season, and 3-7 in Big Ten play.

🔺 Last One. No. 17 Penn State field hockey closes out its regular season schedule on Sunday, hosting No. 7 Maryland at 4 p.m.

A win for the Nittany Lions, who sit at 8-8 overall, would give them a winning season and move them to 3-5 in Big Ten play. The Terrapins are 5-2 so far in conference action.

🔺 Postseason Run. Penn State cross country has its biggest race of the season today, toeing the line at the Big Ten Championships in Champaign, Ill.

At last season’s Big Ten Championships, the Penn State women finished fourth and the men sixth.

🔺 B1G Time. No. 18 Penn State men’s hockey begins Big Ten play this weekend, traveling to the Land of 10,000 Lakes for a two-game series at No. 4 Minnesota.

The Gophers are 5-1 so far this season and have won four straight games, sweeping both Minnesota Duluth and St. Thomas.

🔺 Closing Time. Penn State men’s soccer finishes its regular season schedule this Sunday, traveling to the north side of Chicago to play at Northwestern.

The Nittany Lions are one point ahead of the Wildcats in the Big Ten standings.

The Penn State Blood Drive is on Nov. 6 at The Hub from 10 a.m. — 3:30 p.m. Want Penn State to win? Then don't give up. Give blood. Every donation scores one point for your school on the leaderboard.

The winning school will receive $1 million to advance student or community health. Individual donors will be offered a free one-month subscription to B1G+ and will be entered to win a trip to the 2024 Discover® Big Ten Football Championship Game on December 7, 2024.

“A strong NIL program is a foundational component of building and maintaining an elite roster of players that will ensure our program is competitive in today's college football." Penn State Head Football Coach, James Franklin said before the 2024-2025 season.
