🔺 Hit The Mat. Penn State wrestling’s 2025 schedule is officially set!

The Nittany Lions will host seven home duals this season, including two in the Bryce Jordan Center.

🔺 Back-To-Back. For the second week in a row, Penn State women’s volleyball’s Jess Mruzik is the Big Ten Player of the Week!

Mruzik hit .329 while averaging 4.71 kills and 3.14 digs per set in two wins over Maryland and No. 11 Oregon last week.

🔺 Shiny Star. We’re one week into the Penn State men’s hockey season, and the Nittany Lions are already earning awards — Simon Mack is the Big Ten’s Third Star of the Week!
