🔺 Return Of The MAC. Penn State women’s soccer’s Aubrey Kulpa has been selected to the MAC Hermann Trophy Midseason Watch List!

🔺 Dominant Defender. The Atlantic Hockey Association has named Penn State’s Leah Stecker its Defenseman of the Week, the first such award of her career!

🔺 Toward The Top. Penn State women’s golf performed well at the Mercedes Benz Intercollegiate in Knoxville, Tenn., finishing tied for third in the 15-team field.

Penn State was once again paced by freshman Audrey Lam who was the lone Nittany Lion in red figures for the week finishing tied for 13th at 1-under, 212. Lam opened the week with a 2-under, 69, on Sunday and after a 1-over, 72, on Monday concluded the week with an even-par, 71, on Tuesday.

🔺 Tapped In. Penn State men’s golf closed out the weather-shortened Cullan Brown Collegiate on Tuesday, finishing eighth as a team at 5-over.

Junior Alex Creamean led the way with his third-straight top-20 finish in a tie for 12th at 2-under, 140 after firing off back-to-back rounds of 1-under, 70, on Monday.

Engaging in regular physical activity can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve mood and increase self-esteem. Exercise also promotes the release of endorphins – the body’s natural mood elevators – and other neurotransmitters that help regulate mood and decrease stress. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic exercise per week, along with muscle-strengthening activities two or more days per week.

🔺 Hoops On TV. The Big Ten Conference published its television designations for the 2025-26 campaign on Tuesday afternoon for both Penn State men’s and women’s basketball!
