🔺 West Coast Trip. No. 7/6 Penn State football plays in the Rose Bowl this weekend, taking on UCLA tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
Penn State last played UCLA on the road in regular season play way back in 1968, a 21-6 win for the Nittany Lions.
🏈 GAME NOTES: No. 7/6 Penn State vs. UCLA
🔺 B1G Matchup. No. 16 Penn State women’s volleyball plays one of the most highly-anticipated matches of its season today, hosting No. 1 Nebraska at 8 p.m. inside Rec Hall of FOX.
The Cornhuskers are 12-0 on the season.
🔺 Week 2. No. 6 Penn State women’s hockey plays its first pair of road games this weekend, traveling to Vermont after sweeping St. Lawrence at home a weekend ago. This weekend will serve as the Catamounts’ season opener.
🔺 On The Road. Penn State field hockey has two road contests ahead of it this weekend, traveling to both Michigan and Ohio State.
The Nittany Lions will play the Wolverines (6-3, 1-1 B1G) today at 6 p.m. and the Buckeyes (4-5, 0-1 B1G) on Sunday at noon.
🔺 Here And There. Penn State men’s soccer has two matches on the schedule this weekend, first traveling to Michigan State (5-4, 2-2 B1G) today at 5 p.m. for a Big Ten contest before returning home to host King’s College on Sunday at 3 p.m. for the team’s Senior Day.
🔺 Jersey Shore. Penn State women’s soccer plays its third consecutive road match tomorrow, traveling to Rutgers to play the Scarlet Knights at 4 p.m. at Yurcak Field.
🔺 The Wait Is Over. For the first time in 17 years, Penn State men’s tennis hosts a fall tournament this weekend with the Holmes Cathrall Memorial Invitational kicking off today at the Sarni Tennis Center.
🔺 Road Run. Penn State cross country toes the line for its third race of the season this morning, with the Nittany Lions in Bethlehem, Pa., for the Paul Short Run.
