🔺 Just Short. Penn State men’s soccer fought for 90 minutes on Monday evening but came up short against No. 21 Washington, 2-1, on Jeffrey Field.
Jonathan Evans had eight stops in the contest, while Ben Liscum was the difference for the Nittany Lions on the scoresheet, putting away a penalty kick in the 76th minute.

🔺 In The Clubhouse. Penn State men’s golf finished up its fall schedule on Monday, finishing 16th at even par at the Quail Valley Intercollegiate in Vero Beach, Fla.
As he did all fall, junior Alex Creamean paced the Nittany Lions with an even par, 216, to finish the week tied for 47th after opening with a 3-under 69 in the first round and closing with a 1-under, 71, during Monday’s final round with a 4-over, 76, in between.

🔺 On The World Stage! Seven Penn State Wrestlers will take part in the United World Wrestling U23 World Championships in Novi Sad, Serbia, beginning on Friday, Oct. 24, and running through Monday, Oct. 27. The United States U23 World Team features ten wrestlers, seven of whom are current Nittany Lions.
