🔺 Good Times Had. Penn State men’s hockey’s third annual Sled Hockey Classic was played over the weekend, with over $18,000 raised!

🔺 Close Call. Penn State men’s basketball came within a couple possessions of handing Michigan its first home loss of the season on Monday, but fell just short in a 76-72 loss to the Wolverines.
Nick Kern Jr. scored 16 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the Nittany Lions, who also received 15 points from Ace Baldwin Jr. and 13 from D’Marco Dunn.

🔺 Got Our Guy. Penn State football head coach James Franklin has announced the hiring of Jim Knowles as the Nittany Lions’ defensive coordinator!
Knowles, a native of Philadelphia and an alum of St. Joseph’s Prep, joins the Nittany Lions after spending three seasons as Ohio State’s defensive coordinator. He played a key role in Ohio State’s 2024 National Championship run, as he led a defense that ranked first nationally in total defense and scoring defense.
