Engaging in regular physical activity can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve mood and increase self-esteem. Exercise also promotes the release of endorphins – the body’s natural mood elevators – and other neurotransmitters that help regulate mood and decrease stress. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic exercise per week, along with muscle-strengthening activities two or more days per week.

🦁 ONE BIG THING

🔺 Got ‘Em All. Penn State men’s volleyball has swept the first conference awards of the season, with Sean Harvey earning EIVA Offensive Player of the Week and Ryan Merk winning Defensive Player of the Week!
